Home Inspection Experts
What truly is a home inspection? A home inspection is an inspection of your hard earned money, your dreams, your hopes and your family’s future memories that should last for a lifetime. Your choice of hiring a home inspection company to represent you is an important part of buying a home. Our home inspection experts take your investment through a digital home inspection plan (with pictures) that will minimize your risk and provide you with all of the facts regarding the physical conditions of your future home or commercial property so that an informed investment decision can be made without undue stress, costly repairs, or delays. Some home sellers will try to hide minor and major problems with the home. As of 2019, both of our home inspectors are licensed in the state of Ohio.

Our Promise
Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals you hire, you probably won’t meet me until your inspection appointment, after you've hired me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and pricing. One thing that’s certain is that a home inspection requires a lot of work. Ultimately, a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort. This I promise you.

I am a 2010 graduate of Edison High School. Following graduation, I attended Eastern Gateway Community College where I received an Associates degree in Business Management in 2012. Afterward, I continued my education at Alliant International University to receive a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration in 2014.

For the past six years I've been employed in the Home Improvement industry prior to establishing Legacy Property Inspections with my father, Richard. Striving for the best training and experience available for home inspectors, I attended the HomeSpection Training Institute (HSTI) to become a certified home inspector, licensed radon tester and certified mold tester. I continued schooling by attending a state organized training, hosted by the Ohio State University to become licensed by the Department of Agriculture for the inspection of Wood-Destroying Pests.

My passion for old buildings and home improvement prompted a purchase of a 1920 home that I am currently reconstructing and remodeling from the studs out.

Little did I know, but at the age of thirteen while working on my neighbor's farm, I would learn every valuable lesson I would need to know to be successful in my future career. Hard work and dedication to any job, no matter how big or small, have helped to establish my strong work ethic and reputation as an honest, goes above and beyond, get the job done, kind of employee. I have worked in the power industry for twenty-five years holding positions in the maintenance and operations departments. I've completed classes in Architectural Design, Civil Engineering and possess a First Class Stationary Steam Engineers License.

I served as the architect and builder for my own home, and have remodeled a dozen others over the past thirty years. A "Rich of All Trades" according to my wife, I've worked many hours framing houses, pouring concrete, running electrical and plumbing lines, as well as painting and finish work.
I have been married to the love of my life for thirty-two years and we've been blessed with two children, the best of both worlds.
